Memorandum of Understanding emphasizes the collaboration of Power Barge or Floating LNG to Power projects worldwide
 

On 5 November, MAN Energy Solutions signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Wison Offshore & Marine regarding the strategic collaboration on Power Barge and Floating LNG to Power projects worldwide.

 

Wison Offshore & Marine, a leading provider of clean energy technology and solution, is committed to bringing integrated EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning) solutions to the global energy sector. Its product portfolio covers floating LNG facilities, standardized onshore LNG modularized plant, floating LNG-to-Power facilities, floating wind power and other clean energy solutions.

“With our floating facilities fabrication yard in Nantong, we have delivered the world's first barge – based FLNG and FSRU. In contrast to other offshore shipbuilding companies in China, we focus on floating power facilities with clean energy solutions,” said Mr. Maarten Spilker, General Manager of Product Technology Center PTC, Wison Offshore & Marine. “We are very glad to have further cooperation with MAN Energy Solutions not only for our mutual benefit, but also to provide attractive solutions to our customers.”

With our highly efficient and wide range of products, we are confident we can cooperate with Wison to provide future proof floating LNG solutions to the demanding power market.”
