On August 2, 2021, Fortune Magazine released the 2021 Fortune Global 500 list. China State Shipbuilding Corporation ranked 240th in the global list with an operating revenue of US $46.844.6 billion.
After the implementation of joint restructuring in 2019, CSSC has effectively exerted the reorganization and integration effects, focused on the main business industry, actively reduced general trading business, and promoted high-quality development.
This year is CSSC's first application after the reorganization and is selected into Fortune 500, ranking first among global shipbuilding enterprises.
By the end of 2020, CSSC had total assets of 861.4 billion yuan, and its products were exported to more than 150 countries and regions around the world. In 2020, the three shipbuilding indexes of new ship orders, shipbuilding completion and handheld ship orders all ranked first in the world.
