On February 26, Tianjin Port announced that Mr. Jiao Guangjun was elected chairman of Tianjin port and Mr. Liu Qingshun was elected vice chairman of Tianjin port. According to the articles of association, chairman Jiao Guangjun is the legal representative of Tianjin port.
 
At the same time, Mr. Jiao Guangjun, director of the board, was approved as a member of the strategy committee and chairman. Mr. Jiao Guangjun was also a member of the remuneration and assessment committee.
 
Jiao Guangjun, 53, received his bachelor's degree from Wuhan University of Technology and has joined Qingdao Port Group since 1988. He has rich working experience, and once served as the general manager of the oil port company of Qingdao Port and the director of the Iinformation Center of Qingdao Port Group. He also has experience in listed companies, and has served as president of Qingdao Port International. During the port integration process in Shandong Province, Jiao Guangjun took the position of Deputy General Manager of Shandong Port Group. On January 23, Tianjin Port Group held a market-oriented meeting to select and hire professional managers to perform their duties, and announced that Jiao Guangjun was the professional manager president of Tianjin Port Group.
