On February 6, Tianjin Port issued two personnel change announcements.

Due to job changes, Liang Yongcen served as vice chairman and general counsel of Tianjin Port (Group), He applied to resign from the position of chairman and director of the company, and at the same time resigned from the corresponding position of the professional committee of the ninth board of directors. According to the articles of association, Mr. Ma Quansheng, vice chairman of the board of directors, shall temporarily perform his duties.
 
Due to job changes, Liu Qingshun became the vice president of Tianjin Port (Group),and applied to resign as president of the company and continue to serve as the director of the company and member of the professional committee of the board of directors.
 
Liang Yongcen has been the Deputy Chief Engineer, Minister of International Cooperation and Deputy General Manager of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Services Company, and the General Manager of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry.
 
Liu Qingshun once served as deputy director of Tianjin Port Group business department, director and President of Tianjin Port and announced on January 22 that he was the Vice President of Professional Manager of Tianjin Port Group.
