The legal representative of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding was changed from Ren Yuanlin to Ren Letian.

Yangzijiang Shipbuilding was established in 1956. Ren Yuanlin was the chairman. It was mainly engaged in ship manufacturing, repair and dismantling, manufacturing and processing of large steel structures and belt conveyor machinery products.

The new legal representative of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding, Ren Letian, is the son of Ren Yuanlin. In 2005, Ren joined Yangzijiang Shipbuilding. He started as an ordinary employee and has successively held positions such as translator, construction engineer, and deputy chief commander of the project team. He successively served as assistant to the general manager of Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group and general manager of Jiangsu Yangzi Xinfu Shipbuilding, general manager of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Group, and chairman of Yangzi Mitsui Shipbuilding.

According to the financial report, in 2019, under the leadership of Ren Letian,Yangzijiang Shipbuilding achieved a total revenue of 18.75 billion yuan in the first three quarters, a year-on-year increase of 2%; the net profit attributable to shareholders reached 2.46 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4%. In addition, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding delivered 13 ships in the third quarter of 2019, and the revenue of core shipbuilding business in the third quarter of 2019 was 3.2 billion yuan, which received high attention and praise in the industry.
