1.Reference is made to the last circular (Huatai Circular--PNI1813 issued in Aug. 2018) on fishery farm claims at Lanshan, China.

2.Under the sincere greetings from Chinese President Xi Jingping, the 2019 China Marine Economy Expo (“CMEE”) held its opening ceremony in Shenzhen on 15thOctober, 2019.

3.To strengthen collaboration on cyber resilience and response amongst 15 port authorities, MPA tabled a proposal to form and lead a “Port Authorities Chief Information Officer (CIO) Cybersecurity Network” (PACC-Net).
 
4.On the afternoon of 15th October, Dr. Uwe Lauber,CEO of MAN ES visited COSCO SHIPPING headquarters. Mr. Sun Yunfei, EVP and CFO of COSCO SHIPPING met with the delegation.
 
5.The Shanghai Futures Exchange will introduce crude oil options and index futures to meet the growing demand for futures products and tools in China, bourse officials said on Tuesday.

6.China Railway (CR) Shenyang Group saw daily thermal coal shipment amounted to 206,000 tonnes since October 1, with 3,094 trains in operation each day. 

7.China National Offshore Oil Corp (CNOOC) is working with a railway company to trial delivery of liquefied natural gas (LNG) by rail, a senior company executive said on October 15. 

8.Container volumes at the Port of Hong Kong continued to decline for the 20th consecutive month, but at 1.3% it was the shallowest fall since the rot set in in February 2018. The total volumes in September 2019 were 1.468m teu.
