Entrusted by the leadership of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, head of the relevant official bureau under the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee announced the decision concerning the appointment of President of COSCO SHIPPING: Mr. Fu Gangfeng was appointed Director of the Board, President and Deputy Party Secretary of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited, and relieved from the post of Director, President and Deputy Party Secretary of China Merchants Group Limited. The appointment and dismissal was handled in accordance with relevant laws and articles of association.
