1.London International Shipping Week Opens on September 9,2019.High-level government and industry speakers from across the globe attend this biennial event to give their views on maritime industry.

2.Russian logistics company FESCO and its Chinese counterparts Best Ship Energy Management and Zhe Jiang Rui Neng Ocean Shipping have partnered up on LNG transport. 

3.OOCL is once again a proud winner of the 2019 Singapore Environmental Achievement Award (Regional) this year, an award that recognizes persistence and dedication to achieving environmental sustainability.

4.The first phase of a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) project has been put into operation in the shale gas field of Fuling, southwestern province-level municipality of Chongqing, Chongqing's local media reported. 

5.Shipowners and operators are urged to immediately execute their respective Ship Implementation Plan (SIP) to prepare for the 2020 fuel sulphur regulation which is less than four months away.

6.Financially troubled shipbuilding group China Ocean Industry has entered into an agreement with the administrator of Zhejiang Ouhua Shipbuilding to settle their debt disputes.

7.German shipping company H. Vogemann Reederei has been linked to a bulker order in China.

8.In the week ending Sep-6, Ningbo Containerized Freight Index (NCFI) issued by Ningbo Shipping Exchange (NBSE) quotes 655.5 points, slightly falling by 4.5%.
