1.China Merchants Port Holdings Company Limited have announced the interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) for the period ended 30 June 2019.
 
2.COSCO SHIPPING Development announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2019,the Company strove to gain decent financial returns by promoting integration of industry and finance.
 
3.MPA held a ferry emergency exercise at the Regional Ferry Terminal at Harbourfront. This FEREX tests the readiness of around 250 personnel from 10 government agencies.
 
4.CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company inked a sale and leaseback deal for a floating LNG storage and regasification barge with a charterer incorporated in Hong Kong.
 
5.China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Caofeidian area announced its inauguration on Saturday. 
 
6.Yang Ming Marine Transport Corporation is enhancing its Intra-Asia service network by launching a new Japan-Thailand service (JT1) effective from September 11.
 
7.Not far from an abandoned industrial site with rusted metals reminiscent of its manufacturing past, the port of Vado Ligure carries the promise of the Italian city's future.
 
8.Container ship deliveries in H1 2019 reached a historically low level, while the newbuilding market was equally subdued, said MPC Container Ships ASA.
