1.China’s Landbridge Group has received the fuel-efficient VLCC Landbridge Horizon from Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Company to further expand its VLCC fleet capacity. 
 
2.Japan’s Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) and China’s Cosco Shipping Energy Transportation (CSET) have signed a memorandum of understanding to further cooperate in LNG carrier and ethane carrier projects.
 
3.China, a major ship recycling country, has been developing its ship recycling facilities to ensure their compliance with the environmental and occupational health and safety requirements of the Hong Kong Convention.
 
4.Hong Kong-listed Titan Petrochemicals has filed a petition with High Court of Hong Kong to wind up Chinese private shipbuilding group China Ocean Industry.

8.China on Tuesday announced the expanding of its Shanghai free trade zone (FTZ) in its latest major strategic move for further opening-up.
