China imported 245 million tonnes of crude oil in January-June period this year, showed data from the General Administration of Customs (GAC) on July 12.
The crude oil imports came in at 39.88 million tonnes in June, showed the GAC data.
The country imported 46.92 million tonnes of natural gas from other countries during the first half year, with June shipments at 7.49 million tonnes.
