The Inaugural Opening Ceremony & Business Event of COSCO Shipping Investment Dalian Co.，Ltd is held at InterContinental Dalian on 21 Feb, 2019.
Mr. Xu Lirong, the Chairman of the Board and Party Secretary of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited attends the ceremony and addresses the meeting together with Mr. Tan Chengxu, the Mayor of Dalian.
