Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China announces the export tax rebate policy for bunkering on international sailing ships. The announcement are as follows:
1. The export tax rebate(exemption) policy shall be implemented for bunkering on ships of international voyage in China's coastal ports,and the export VAT refund rate is 13%.
The fuel oil mentioned in this announcement refers to the product with the product code "27101922".
2. The customs shall issue an export cargo declaration form for the fuel oil entered into the export supervision warehouse for bunkering on international sailing ships, and the taxpayer applied for the export tax refund(exemption) by reporting the cargo declaration form and other relevant materials to the tax authorities.
3. This announcement shall come into force as of February 1, 2020. The tax rebate rate applicable to the fuel oil mentioned in this notice shall be defined by the date of export specified in the declaration of export goods.
