According to the official website of China Merchants Group, on April 28, China Merchants Group held the third meeting of the board of directors in 2023 in Hong Kong.
After deliberation and voting by the directors present at the meeting, the meeting passed the proposal on the appointment of Wang Xiufeng as deputy general manager of China Merchants Group.
In 2016, Wang Xiufeng was appointed as general manager of China Merchants Highway. In August 2021, he was transferred to CEO of CMPort, and since September 2021, he has been serving as vice chairman of CMPort.
In 2022, CMPort realized revenue of 16.230 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.19%, net profit attributable to the parent company of 3.337 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.26%, basic earnings per share of 1.61 yuan, ROE of 7.54%, and total assets of 197.526 billion yuan by the end of 2022.
