1.China Ministry of Transport (MOT) issued a document of the  "Notice on Regulating the Implementation of Supervision and Management of Ship Air Pollutant Emission Control Areas". And it clearly bans discharging washing water from open loop scrubbers  in China ECAs and coastal waters.

6.Qingdao Port has started construction on its second 300,000-ton crude oil terminal in its Dongjiakou port area.The terminal is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2019.Dongjiakou port will be able to handle 50 million tons of crude oil annually once the terminal starts operating.

 

7.PetroChina's terminals receive record amount of LNG in 2018.Its three LNG terminals—— Tangshan, Dalian and Rudong handled more than 15 million tonnes combined last year, for the first time during one single year.

 

8.The Maersk ship had arrived in Hong Kong on Saturday and bunkering was taking place overnight.Authorities in Hong Kong spent Sunday containing a big bunker spill, which has already spread for a number of kilometres.
