1.A shipping conglomerate, the China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company (COSCO) Shipping Corporation Limited, has developed into a world-class ocean shipping giant during the process of China's reform and opening-up.

3.An LNG carrier from Qatar berths at a receiving station in Jiangsu province.Typically,the carrier unloads 260,000 cubic meters of liquefied natural gas at the wharf.China plans to gather more resources to compete with South Korea in the field of building liquefied natural gas or LNG carriers,industry insiders said.
 
4.Japanese shipbuilder Imabari Shipbuilding hosted a double naming ceremony for two new 14,000 TEU container vessels being built for Taiwan’s shipping firm Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp on 21st December.
