OOCL cancels two Asia-Europe sailings in November,December xinde marine news 2018-10-26 16:02


HONG KONG's Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) - now a Cosco unit - has cancelled the following Asia-Europe sailings in response to anticipated low demand over the Christmas season in North Europe and the West Mediterranean.
 
Thus, the Asia-North Europe Service, Loop 3, the sailing of the 14,568-TEU Cosco Shipping Himalayas (SPY) 008W/008E has been cancelled.
 
Specifically, on the westbound route with an ETA at Ningbo on November 17 in Week 46 and on the eastbound with an ETA at Antwerp on December 21 in Week 51.
 
And in the Asia-West Mediterranean Service WM1, the sailing of the 14,000-TEU Texas Triumph (TTS) 007W/007E has been cancelled on the westbound with and ETA at Qingdao on November 19 in Week 47, and on the eastbound with an ETA at La Spezia on December 21 in Week 51.
