Nanjing Shenghang Shipping Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 001205) has taken a major step toward strengthening its integrated logistics capabilities with the launch of Jiangsu Andefo Ship Management Co., Ltd., officially established on July 11, 2025.
Backed by Andefo Energy Technology — a clean energy platform in which Shenghang holds effective control — the new company is set to play a vital role in managing Shenghang’s growing fleet of chemical tankers and liquefied ammonia carriers. With a wide business scope that includes ship management, domestic and international hazardous cargo transport, and crew services, this new platform supports Shenghang’s ambition to become a full-chain service provider in clean energy logistics.
As of July 2025, Shenghang operates a fleet of 52 chemical and oil tankers . The launch of this new ship management arm reflects Shenghang’s commitment to operational excellence, safety, and sustainable transport.
