Synergy Ship Management is continuing its fleet expansion through strategic partnerships. On July 30, 2024, Synergy’s joint venture with Ruiyi United, a subsidiary of China’s Century Commodities Solution Pte. Ltd.瑞茂通 (formerly RuiMaoTong Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.), successfully took over the management of the bulk carrier CENTURY ZHENGZHOU. This milestone strengthens the newly-formed joint ship management company, Tianjin Century Ship Management.

Century Commodities Solution, a key player in China’s supply chain sector, ventured into international shipping in 2021. The company aims to build a fleet to enhance shipping autonomy and reduce logistics costs for major bulk commodities such as grain, coal, iron ore, and more. Their latest vessel, CENTURY BEIJING, was delivered on September 9, 2024, pushing the company’s managed fleet to 19 ships, with plans to exceed 30 ships within the next five years.

This collaboration between Synergy and Century Commodities Solution highlights a shared commitment to growth and operational excellence. Both companies will leverage their strengths to support global trade routes, particularly along China’s Belt and Road Initiative.

Synergy remains dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable maritime operations for clients worldwide.
