2018年第二季度,上海港共检查船舶230艘次,滞留船舶12艘次,滞留率为5.21%。
本期将对第二季度上海港PSC检查船舶滞留情况进行汇总~~
滞留的12艘船舶中,共有78项缺陷,滞留船舶平均缺陷数6.5项。
滞留缺陷共 29项,滞留船舶平均滞留缺陷2.42项。
下面来看看这些滞留船舶的分布~~
滞留缺陷分布所有缺陷中,涉及ISM、消防安全、防污染和航行安全方面的缺陷比较多。
滞留船舶船型分布

12艘滞留船舶中,集装箱船10艘次,占所有滞留船舶的83.3%。
散货船1艘次,液化气船1艘次。
滞留船舶船龄分布

10-15年船龄船舶5艘,占所有滞留船舶41.6%,15-20年船龄船舶4艘,超过20年的船舶2艘,5-10年船舶1艘。
滞留船舶总吨位分布

30000总吨以上的船舶7艘,占所有滞留船舶58.3%;10000-30000总吨之间的船舶4艘,占33.3%;500~3000总吨之间的船舶1艘次。

THE 1/E ENTERED INTO M/E SCAVENGE BOX FOR CHECKING PISTON UNDER OF M/E BEFORE THE PSC INSPECTION ON 13-06-2018, BUT THE ENCLOSED SPACE PERMISSION NOT ISSUED.


NO.4 CRANKPIN OF NO.3 G/E DAMAGED ON 27TH JAN.2018,AND THE VESSEL FAILED TO REPORT TO THE LOCAL MSA OFFICE BEFORE ARRIVAL.
TOTALLY 6 VENTILATORS OF NO.3 & NO.4 & NO.5 CARGO HATCH HOLED AND SOME VENRTILATORS COVERS OF NO.4 & NO.5 & NO.6 CARGO HATCH HOLED OR DAMAGED
