1,VENTILATOR FOR EMG. FIRE PUMP SPACE LOCATED UNDER DECK FWD. - UNABLE TO BE SECURED DUE TO COLLAPSED FLAP Load Lines, LL66 P88 AN.I REG.19(General cargo/multipurpose 30.08.2009 5304 2998GT). 

缺陷指出:位于首部的应急消防泵间的通风不能SECURED,原因是:FLAP倒塌。此船为GC,30.08.2009 ,2998GT,应适用于LL1966-2003amendment/annex I/R19 

对于稳性的分析:这个space容积多大?如若进水,是否影响船舶稳性?对于EFP,如果进水,人员进不去,同时导致此泵无法运行。这两条是考虑滞留的关键。

2,DISCHARGING PIPE ON FIXED CO2 FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM FOR NO.1 CARGO HOLD - CORRODED AND MADE A HOLE(APPROX.4CM X 3CM) SOLAS ch. II-2, 10.7.1.3(General cargo/multipurpose 22.12.2008 3814 2561gt). 

一货舱固定CO2灭火系统的排放管锈蚀且破洞,大约4CM X 3CM。

 3,Master`s endorsement by flag state - not had STCW Code Part A ch.I, STCW C.I R.2.5. 

船长适任证书船旗国签注不符合STCW C.I R.2.5。

4,Stern light is installed instead of aft masthead light COLREG, COLREG Part C(General cargo/multipurpose 21.07.2007 4400 2992gt). 

尾灯安装到后桅灯位置。尾灯和桅灯分不清,对collreg掌握比较差。此情况经常发生在“小于3000GT的船上”,此类船应特别注意。希望这种低级错误不要再犯!

 5,Chief engineer who joined on 15-Feb-2023 - not given sufficient annual leave because he disembark on 03-Jan-2024 at Busan, then re-onboard on 04-Jan-2024 as next day until today. - continuously onboard approx. 14months. MLC 2006 Title 2, MLC Reg. 2.4. 

轮机长于15-Feb-2023 上船,2024.1.3于Busan休假,2024.1.4又上船工作至今,期间没有足够的annual leave 。连续在船工作近14个月。

6,REMOTE SHUT OFF VALVE FOR F.O. SETT. TANK NOT OPERATED AND OBSTRUCTED BY ADJACENT VALVE & HOSES SOLAS ch. II-2, S74/CII-2/R54(General cargo/multipurpose 26.08.2005 1989gt). 

VALVE FOR F.O. SETT. TANK不能操作,原因 是受邻近阀和皮龙阻挡。

7,SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT(STP) POOR CONDITION - WATER LEAKED FROM SIDE WELL AND HAVE CRACKS IN SIDE WELL - ALL DISCHARGE VALVE OPENED(INCLUDING 1ST TANK) - CREW NOT FAMILIAR WITH MAINTAIN FOR STP - PRESS GAUGE FOR AIR BLOWER NOT VISIBLE MARPOL Annex IV, M73/78/ANIV/R9.1(General cargo/multipurpose 29.06.1995 6952 5543Gt)

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT(STP) 工况差:侧井漏,且有裂缝。所有排放阀处于OPEN状态。船员不熟悉STP维护,如AIR BLOWER 压力表不清楚。
