On the afternoon of January 19, COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers (Southeast Asia) Pte. Ltd. and Shanghai Zhenghua Heavy Industries ZPMC (Southeast Asia) Pte. Ltd. held a Regional Strategic Cooperation Agreement Ceremony in Singapore.
 
The two sides will cooperate in engineering project services, maritime engineering services, and end-to-end project logistics solutions.
