On Dec 29, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited. The two sides will carry out cooperation in port and shipping business, global digital supply chain construction, green and low-carbon shipping, smart shipping, technological innovation in shipping, reform of state-owned assets and enterprises, high-end shipping services, and cooperation in shipping industry and finance.
