On July 28, Zhonggu Logistics released its semi-annual report for 2022.
 
According to the announcement, Zhonggu Logistics achieved in the first half of 2022:
The operating revenue was 7.228 billion yuan, up 28.98% year on year;
Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 1.542 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.04%;
Net profit belonging to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 1.277 billion yuan, up 137.02% year on year;
The net cash flow generated from operating activities was 2.168 billion yuan, up 148.87% year on year.
 
It is worth noting that Zhonggu Logistics carried out an interim profit dividend for the first time.
According to the announcement, after paying a cash dividend of 15 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares at the end of 2021 and 4.8 shares converted into additional shares for every 10 shares, Zhonggu Logistics intends to pay a cash dividend of 12 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders. As of June 30, 2022, the total capital of Zhonggu Logistics is 1,418,961,556 shares. Based on this calculation, the total cash dividend to be paid is 1.703 billion yuan (tax included).
