Jinling Shipyard received two self-propelled platform orders Xinde Marine News Sarah Yu 2022-05-31 16:17

Recently, China Merchants Jinling Shipyard (Weihai) and CTW (Tianjin) Offshore Engineering signed a contract for the construction of two 97m self-propelled operating platforms.
 
The platform is a multi-functional service platform with a total length of 96.8m, a hull length of 74.4m, a width of 40m, a depth of 6.1m, a design draft of 3.0m, a capacity of 250 people,and an operating water depth of 4m~65m.It is mainly used for service operations between oil and gas fields in Saudi waters.
 
This project is not only another cooperation between CTW and the shipyards of China Merchants Industry after the cooperation with China Merchants Heavy Industry (Shenzhen) and China Merchants Heavy Industry (Jiangsu), but also the first offshore construction project of Jinling (Weihai).
