The applet provides convenience for the crew change of Chinese seafarers of international vessels. It is mainly divided into four functions: domestic crew change, international crew change, national crew change policy and the latest crew change news.
 
At the same time, applet summarized the bilingual policies of crew change in major ports of more than 20 countries around the world, and kept abreast of the international crew change requirements. In addition, the latest policies are updated in real time.
