On the afternoon of August 5, Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding signed an order for 6 1100TEU container ships with Taiwan T.S. Lines in the form of cloud contract.

1100TEU container ship is the latest third-generation China-Japan container ship launched by SDARI. The new generation 1100TEU ship is further optimized and upgraded on the basis of inheriting the excellent genes of the original design.

The new generation 1100TEU ship has a length of 147.9 meters, a ship width of 23.25 meters, a depth of 11.5 meters, a full load draft of 8.5 meters, a carrying capacity of 13300 dwt, and can carry 1140 20 foot standard containers.

The ship is designed to have a large container stack. With the NK classification society symbol "CSSA-R", the specific route lashing calculation is reduced, and more laden containers can be loaded.

Compared with the same type of ship, the ship has the characteristics of large load capacity, large number of laden containers, large number of reefer containers, large number of high containers, high speed and low fuel consumption. It is a green environmental protection ship integrating economy, safety and intelligence.
