RINA issued the AIP to SDARI for the 7500 dual-fuel PCTC LNG RINA 2021-07-22 08:48

On July 20th, RINA has issued the AIP (Approval-in-Principle) Certificate to Shanghai Merchant Ship Design & Research Institute (SDARI) for the 7500 dual-fuel PCTC LNG. 

The ceremony for delivery of AIP certificate was held at SDARI. From SDARI side, Mr. Wang GangYi, Chief Engineer of SDARI, Mr.Li Xin,Vice Director of Innovation Center,Mr. Chou XingHui, Deputy Director of Business Development Dept., Mr. Zhang Zhuo, Deputy Director of Innovation Center Project Development Dept. ; Mr. Luigi Mattera, Director of Operational Director of RINA Greater China, Mr. Giuseppe Zagaria, Director of RINA Asia Excellence Center, Mr. Zheng Yang, Business Development Manager of RINA Greater China and Mr. Wei Zhao, LNG and Fuels Expert of RINA Asia Excellence Center attended the ceremony as well and witnessed the delivery of AIP certificate.
        
The application of LNG DF propulsion enables compliance of mid-long term decarbonization. This new design aims at the need and condition of future trend of electric car shipping. 
 
RINA will keep providing support and service to maintain the long term and high efficiency cooperation with all for further development.
