On June 28, China's first 174,000 m3 LNG-FSRU, independently developed, designed and built by Hudong Zhonghua, was christened "TRANSGAS POWER".

It marks that CSSC has made another major breakthrough in the field of high-end marine equipment R&D, design and construction.

"TRANSGAS POWER" is the first ship of two series of ships built by Hudong Zhonghua for Greece DYNAGAS. The ship has a total length of 294 meters, a width of 46.95 meters, a main deck depth of 26.25 meters, a design draft of 11.6 meters, and a structural draft. 12.5 meters, classified into American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).

The design of the ship is forward-looking, and the dual-fuel electric propulsion system greatly improves the comfort of the crew and meets EEDI Phase III. The configured dual-fuel generator and dual-fuel regasification boiler can meet the most stringent IMO Tier III emission requirements.
