On June 18, CSSC Chengxi (Yangzhou), a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation, delivered the first 85,000 dwt bulk carrier "CL GENEVA" to CDB Leasing.
The ship is the first cooperation between CDB Leasing and CSSC Chengxi. It is designed by SDARI and is classified into Lloyd's Register of Shipping (LR).
In order to meet the requirements of the new HCSR regulations, the project uses a TIER Ⅲ type main engine. While meeting the requirements of regular sailing, it also meets the requirements of environmental protection to the greatest extent.
"CL GENEVA" (CX0827) is the first of two series bulk carriers built by CSSC Chengxi. The project team and all participating units have made all efforts and innovative ideas to deliver the ship on schedule with high quality.
