CDB Leasing spent US$130 million to purchase six 60,000 DWT bulk carriers xinde marine news Sarah Yu 2021-06-02 16:44

On June 1, China Development Bank Leasing announced that six wholly-owned SPV companies (buyers) and six SPV companies (sellers) entered into a ship purchase transaction on May 31, 2021. The buyers agreed to purchase the ship at a price of 129.8 million US dollars. The vessels are six 60,000 DWT bulk carriers.
 
The six wholly-owned SPV companies of the buyer are CL MOGANSHAN、CL TIANMUSHAN、CL YANDANGSHAN、CL QIANDAOHU、CL XIHU and CL NANBEIHU, all incorporated in Hong Kong.
 
The Seller's six wholly-owned SPV companies are GH Danzero LLC, GH Urban Sea LLC, GH Sky Beauty LLC, GH Galileo LLC, GH Eclipse LLC and GH Desert Orchid LLC, all of which are wholly-owned SPV companies of Greenheart Shipping LLC. The beneficial owner is Hayfin Special Opportunities Credit Fund LP, and the manager of Hayfin Special Opportunities Credit Fund LP is Apex Fund Services (Ireland) Limited.
 
Hayfin Special Opportunities Credit Fund LP is a subsidiary of HAYFIN. HAYFIN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT has expanded its business. This year, the company has already reached a number of transactions.
