The mechanism supporting the generation of reports has changed since version 4. The development team is currently making the necessary adjustments so full reports are once again available. This is expected in the second quarter of 2021.
The transition from rating to ranking has fundamentally changed the mechanism used to calculate the benchmarking criteria. As a result, full reports are currently unavailable. We expect to have the final adjustments in place in the second quarter, allowing users to generate reports using the new improved Benchmarking Report function.
In the meantime, we encourage users to manually extract the required graphic benchmarking material using the three-line extract button at the benchmarking page.
Cost categories will be available for benchmarking once the critical mass have been reached. The categories are currently found and investigated as a reporting section under each individual ship. If the cost categories are unavailable, kindly notice that the section is not necessarily a part of the designated Company Role. To adjust this, the administrator must adjust the Company Roles in the section “My Company”. New roles can be created by choosing an existing role followed by “Save as”. Once a new role has been created, it must be designated to the relevant users in the “Users” subsection.
