On December 21, China State Shipbuilding Corporation and Shandong Marine Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Jinan. The two sides started in-depth cooperation in ship business, inland port and waterway development, new energy development and modern marine ranching and cold chain logistics.
 
The two sides will establish a mechanism for sharing high-end talents, actively introduce high-quality intellectual resources at home and abroad, jointly train technical personnel, and jointly carry out research, development, transformation and application of key technologies in the fields of marine equipment, smart shipping and green shipping, so as to jointly help build China into a maritime power.
 
The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement will help both sides to realize complementary advantages and promote the deep integration of resources of central enterprises and the development of Shandong marine industry.
 
As the first equipment leisure marine ranch complex platform in China, "Genghai 1" phase I project has been officially put into operation in Yantai in July this year, and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
 
The second phase of the project will start construction within the year, lead the development of marine ranching to the direction of ecology, equipment, intelligence and diversification. And explore a new development mode of marine ranch.
