On November 27, CSSC Marine Power Co., Ltd. was established. The company, which has a registered capital of 5.2 billion yuan, is owned by China State Shipbuilding Corporation.

Previously, CSSC Marine Power was a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation and a core enterprise in power equipment sector. The registered capital of the company is 1287.15 million yuan.

The company introduced MDT medium and low speed diesel engines and WinGD low speed diesel engines. Daihatsu's DK, DC, DE series and MAK series diesel engine product licenses, with a power range of 400kW-19,020kW.

The company has obtained the Lloyd's ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 certificate. The products meet the IMONOX emission standard and have been approved by nine world famous classification society including GL, LR, ABS, DNV, BV, NK, CCS, KR and RINA, and have been guaranteed by MDT and WinGD for quality and global after-sales service.

The company's main products have the largest domestic market share for many years.
