As you may be aware, we recently encountered a network outage in our headquarters in Geneva, but our agencies remained fully functional thanks to our distributed IT network system.

We are pleased to update you that all our systems are up and running again in Geneva.

This means that we successfully reactivated msc.com and our primary e-business platform myMSC.com, as well as Direct EDI for the few customers that were affected.

In addition to myMSC, you may continue using all third-party online booking platforms.
