On the afternoon of October 18, 2019, China Maritime Arbitration Commission (Zhejiang) officially released the CMAC Bunkering Form 2019 and Bunkering Dispute Processing Platform in the 3rd International Petroleum and Natural Gas Enterprises Conference. More than 300 representatives from oil suppliers, petrochemical companies, transportation companies, industry associations and related institutions from more than 10 countries around the world participated in the event. Secretary-General Gu Chao gave a key-note speech on this launching event.
