COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation and MOL Signed an MOU on LNG Cooperation xinde marine news 2019-08-08 10:14


On August 6, a delegation led by Mr. Takeshi Hashimoto, Executive Vice President of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL) visited the headquarters of COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation, and held talks with Mr. Huang Xiaowen, Executive Vice President of COSCO SHIPPING. The two sides reviewed their previous cooperation and expressed their willingness to advance cooperation on LNG transportation.
 
After their talks, in the presence of Mr. Huang Xiaowen and Mr. Takeshi Hashimoto, COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation and MOL signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Mr. Zhu Maijin, President of COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation and Mr. Kenta Matsuzaka, Managing Executive Officer of MOL inked the MOU on behalf of the two sides. According to the MOU, the two sides will further leverage their advantages in LNG project transportation and build a closer partnership based on mutual trust.
 
Heads of the Strategy & Corporate Management Division and Operating Management Division and executives from COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation were also present at the meeting.
