1.Evergreen Marine Corp achieved revenue growth of 24 per cent over the first five months of the year to total NTD77.1 billion (US$2.48 billion), driven by the expansion of cargo volumes to the US and Southeast Asia.
 
2.China’s Rizhao Port Group has been selected by Aluminum Corporation of China (Chalco) as the operator of the Boffa Port project in Guinea.
 
3.Hongkong Salvage & Towage, a division of HUD Group, has added two new high-performance tugs to their fleet.  The Robert Allan Ltd. designed RAstar 3200 Class vessels, MAI PO and SUNG KONG are the most powerful harbour tugs operating in Hong Kong harbour. 
 
4.The European Union applauds Taiwan's attempts on tackling illegal fishing. Thus, the European Commission decided to lift the yellow card acknowledging the progress made by Taiwan and the major upgrade of its fisheries legal and administrative systems to fight against IUU fishing.

6.Chinese imports of liquefied natural gas have edged up in May compared to the corresponding month a year ago.China, the world’s second-largest importer of the chilled fuel, reported a 7.6 percent rise in imports during the month under review.
 
7.Chinese state-run energy conglomerate China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) has announced that its subsidiary CNOOC Energy Technology & Services has listed its shares on Shanghai Stock Exchange today.
 
8.China’s Jinxi Refining and Chemical Complex has received a one-million-barrel cargo of Iranian oil in the first month after the Trump administration ended waivers permitting imports of Iranian oil, Tasnim news agency reported.
