Hong Kong’s Fleet Management chose the Day of the Seafarer to show off its brand new premises at 27/F South Island Place, Wong Chuk Hang, a location proving increasingly popular with Hong Kong’s maritime community.

Attended by Fleet’s full office complement of 260 staff and special guests, Harry Banga, chairman and chief executive, The Caraval Group, his son Angad Banga, chief operating officer The Caraval Group and director of Fleet Management, Kishore Rajvanshy, managing director, Fleet Management, and Captain Gulden Gungor, marine superintendent Fleet Management (Turkey), the company paid tribute to women in shipping in line with the IMO theme of IamOnBoard with Gender Equality.

There will be more celebrations at Fleet’s new 45,000 sq ft head office later in the year when the company commemorates its 25th anniversary in November.
