Nine scrubbers under production in POT workplant xinde marine news 2019-05-29 17:10

In MEPC 74th meeting hold from 13th May to 17th May,IMO has approved a comprehensive set of guidance and guidelines to support the consistent implementation of the 0.5% sulfur limit in Marine fuel, which will come into force on 1st Jan 2020. A relate draft amendment to the MARPOL convention was also approved. The 2020 rule will bring considerable benefits to the environment and human health. Under IMO MARPOL rules, tougher limits will apply globally (the ECA cap will be 0.10%).
 
"Sulfur limit" is imminent, the relevant regulations are also "ready to go", DeSOx industry has also ushered in the outbreak period. Within this month, nine DeSOx Scrubbers have been started in POT workshop, and ship owners' representatives have been invited to supervise the production. POT plans to complete the best quality products in the shortest time.

POT DeSOx solution can provide effective help for all parties to meet the "sulfur limit".
