On the afternoon of April 18, COSCO SHIPPING held the 31st Meeting of the 1st Term of the Board of Directors in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. Capt. Xu Lirong, Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting. Director and Deputy Party Secretary of COSCO SHIPPING Mr. Sun Jiakang and External Directors of COSCO SIHPPING, including Mr. Liu Zhangmin, Mr. Chung Shui Ming and Mr. Xu Donggen attended the meeting.

On the afternoon of April 17, the Board of Directors held the 11th Meeting of the Audit Committee and the 7th Meeting of the Risk Management Committee to deliberate on the relevant matters.
