Liner Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain/Improve market share with specific KPIs of cargo volume, profit & revenue.

2. Develop new direct customer.

3. Manage booking process by controlling slot allocation.

4. Cooperate closely with Operations/Logistics/ Customer Service department.

5. Timely communication with ship route & pricing department, follow up with market condition.

6. Cooperate with team, develop existing & potential customer.

7. Market information collection & analysis.

8. Budget management.

Qualifications:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above & 3-5 years working experience with shipping industry. 

2. Good command of both spoken and written in English, understand basic legal knowledge and regulation of shipping industry. 

3. Team work, listening & communication skill, shipping related knowledge. 

4. Positive，self-discipline, customer focus, analytical problem solving, teamwork spirit.

外贸航线销售主管

主要责任/职责：

1. 维护和提高市场份额，完成公司载货量、利润和收入等指标；

2. 培养直接客户；

3. 管理舱位并合理利用；

4. 紧密和操作/舱位管理及客服部门合作；

5. 及时和航线及价格部门沟通市场行情；

6. 团队协作开发客户；

7. 收集并分析市场信息；

8. 预算管理。

任职要求：

1. 统招本科及以上学历，3-5年航运公司工作经验；

2. 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力，了解航运业相关法规；

3. 拥有团队合作、倾听和沟通能力，了解航运相关操作知识；

4. 积极，自律，以客户为中心，有分析问题能力和团队精神。

02 Customer Service Position

客服岗位

Senior Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for booking related procedure and good space management to maximize vessel utilization.

2. Be responsible for B/L documentation operation, as well as B/L release.

3. Coordinate with both internal & external customers to ensure shipments are in good order. 

4. Provide timely & effective solution to customers with professional service.

5. Build up good customer relationship. 

6. Commit on system enhancement and process improvement. 

7. Provide technical training & coaching to new team members. 

8. Exhibit well teamwork spirit and be willing to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above & 3-5 years working experience with shipping industry in both export and import.

2. Good command of both spoken and written in English, understand basic legal knowledge and regulation of shipping industry.

3. Team work, listening & communication skill, shipping related knowledge.

4. Analytical skills, Influencing skill, project management.

高级客服代表

主要责任/职责：

1. 负责订舱相关的所有操作，并最大限度地提高船舶装载率；

2. 负责提单相关的所有单证操作，包括提单签发等；

3. 及时与外部客户和内部相关部门协调，以确保货物正常出运；

4. 为客户提供专业服务，以及高效的解决方案；

5. 建立良好的客户关系；

6. 致力于系统和流程改进；

7. 为团队新成员提供技术培训和指导；

8. 表现出良好的团队合作精神，愿意在压力下工作。

任职要求：

1. 统招本科及以上学历，3-5年航运公司进出口工作经验；

2. 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力，了解航运业相关法规；

3. 拥有团队合作、倾听和沟通能力，了解航运相关进出口操作知识；

4. 具备一定的分析能力、影响力、项目管理能力。

Customer Service Representative

2. Good command of both spoken and written in English, understand basic legal knowledge and regulation of shipping industry.

客服代表

主要责任/职责：
