On January 16, COSCO Shipping Holdings announced the acquisition of approximately 5.81% of COFCO Fortune.
 
COSCO Shipping Holdings has acquired 180 million shares, accounting for 5.81% of the total share capital of COFCO Fortune, for RMB 5.5 billion.
