Waigaoqiao delivered the fourth 119,000 DWT Aframax tanker to BOCOM Leasing

On November 16, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding, a subsidiary of CSSC, delivered the fourth 119,000 DWT Aframax LNG dual-fuel product tanker "PROTEUS STEPHANIE" to BOCOM Leasing.

So far, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding has delivered a total of 17 ships and 3.002 million dwt of offshore equipment this year, completing the 2022 annual delivery target one and a half months ahead of schedule.

"PROTEUS STEPHANIE" was independently developed and designed by Waigaoqiao, with a total length of 249.95 meters, a width of 44 meters, a depth of 21.4 meters, a design draft of 13.5 meters, a load capacity of 119,000 dwt, and a design speed of 14.5 knots. It is classified into LR and CCS.

"PROTEUS STEPHANIE" is the sixth dual-fuel powered ship delivered by Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding this year, and there are still eight ships under construction.

Therefore, 2022 has also become a harvest year for Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding to fully transfer to green and low-carbon shipbuilding.
