On August 30, 2022, COSCO SHIPPING Holdings announced its half-year results for the six months ended June 30, 2022.
The company achieved the Earnings Before Interest and Tax (EBIT) of RMB 95.308 billion, a year-on-year increase of 92.20%, leading the industry.
The company achieved a total pre-tax profit of 93.545 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 95.83%;
the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 64.722 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 74.46%, achieving the best performance for the same period in history.
In the first half of 2022, COSCO SHIPPING Holdings quickly adapted to market changes, enhanced the layout, operation and delivery capabilities of a globalized and digital supply chain, and improved the company's sustainable development capabilities.
