World's first ICER dual-fuel engine was successfully delivered

On June 3, world's first ICER dual-fuel engine 7x62DF-2.1, developed by CSSC Power (Group) was delivered in Shanghai.

The 7X62DF-2.1 is equipped with the ICER system, which has a maximum sustained power of 15,400 kW and can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by more than 28%.
The 7X62DF-2.1 will be installed as the main propulsion device on the LNG dual-fuel 7000CEU PCTC built by CMI Weihai Jinling Shipyard for NYK. Under the general trend of increasingly stringent green environmental protection and low carbon, it is expected to become a new engine by the market.

The dual-fuel engine using ICER system can be installed not only on PCTC, but also on large LNG carriers and ULCC. At present, CSSC Power (Group) has placed orders for more than 60 engines equipped with ICER system.
