On December 10, 2021, China's Shanghai MSA issued "Qualification Certificate for Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Service" to the newly registered V.Ships Shanghai Limited in Lin-gang Special Area.
The company is a wholly-owned enterprise of V.Group, the world's largest ship management and maritime service group.
Since the establishment of Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, 13 vessels registered as "Yangshan Port of China" have been completed.
In addition, a number of domestic pioneering projects including LNG transportation/bunkering ship management institutions, dual-fuel-powered ship crew training institutions, etc. have successfully launched in Lingang, and the shipping industry chain in the new area is gradually improving.
At present, the number of fleet management of V.Group ranks first in the world, and the number of crew management ranks second in the world.
