COSCO SHIPPING subscribes for 1 billion yuan of S.F. Holding

On the evening of November 16, S.F. Holding Co., Ltd. issued the "2021 Private Placement of A Shares and Listing Announcement."
 
According to the announcement, 22 well-known domestic and foreign investors, including COSCO SHIPPING Investment Holdings, participated in S.F. Holding's private placement of shares.
 
The subscription price is 57.18 yuan per share, with a total of 349 million shares issued and a total of 20 billion yuan of funds raised. Among them, COSCO SHIPPING Investment subscribed for 1 billion yuan, and the number of shares allocated was 17,488,632.
 
COSCO SHIPPING Group and S.F. Holding have maintained a long-term cooperative relationship. This investment will further deepen the real economy and technical cooperation between the two parties in the future, and work together to create a new ecology of international transportation and logistics trade.
