
On July 8, the third 180,000DWT bulk carrier "CS WU HAN" built by Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry for CSSC Brokerage Services was christened and delivered.
"CS WU HAN" is a 180,000DWT bulk carrier newly developed by BSIC, with a total length of 292 meters, a width of 45 meters, and a depth of 24.8 meters. It is designed in accordance with the requirements of the HCSR specification and is equipped with a mixed scrubber. Through product optimization and upgrading to meet the requirements of EEDI Phase Ⅱ.
This ship is the third ship of the 4 180,000DWT bulk carrier orders placed by BSIC during the market downturn, playing the role of a "reservoir" by CSSC Brokerage Services. It is another major achievement in the implementation of the guarantee order.

During the 14th Five-year Plan period, with the goal of stabilizing the performance of VLOCs as the world's first and large bulk carrier as the world's top three, continue to deepen the development of the main ship type market, strengthen cooperation with scientific research institutes, and actively develop energy-saving and environmentally friendly ships that adapt to new indexes and new regulations such as EEXI, SEEMP and CII.
