On June 21, Shandong Port Group (Shanghai) was officially unveiled in Shanghai.
 
As China's international economic, financial, trade, shipping, and technological innovation center approved by the State Council, Shanghai has gathered many exchanges, bank headquarters, financial institutions, traders, and shipping enterprise headquarters at home and abroad.
 
Shandong Port Group stated that the establishment of a Shanghai company as a regional headquarters in Lingang New Area will help it gain greater support in terms of planning and positioning.
 
At the same time, the financial, port and shipping, trade, logistics, policy innovation, institutional innovation related to the international supply chain system of Shandong Port Group will become a reality in the new Lingang area.
 
Shandong Port Group stated that the next step will be to accelerate the construction of world-class marine ports by relying on the policy empowerment of the new Lingang area.
